Our office runs on 100% renewable energy, and we actively use technology to minimise our energy consumption. We offer employee benefits such as cycle-to-work and electric car schemes to help reduce emissions and build a more resilient planet.
We partner with local suppliers wherever possible; from our website and branded merchandise, to collaborating with other local cyber SMEs on joint projects. This creates jobs, strengthens our community and helps foster a more connected tech ecosystem.
We are a Real Living Wage employer and champion employee welfare through our team of trained mental health first aiders. We work hard to create a supportive environment where people can do their best work.
We actively nurture an inclusive culture where people from different backgrounds can work together and thrive. We have active LGBTQ+ and Neurodiversity groups, and as a sponsor of the Armed Forces Covenant, we also support alternative routes into the cyber industry.
