Who will support your growth?
CoreTech Academy
Your journey starts with the CoreTech Academy; an immersive introduction that’s designed to help you build confidence and develop technical skills. Every year, we create specialist innovation projects for our Academy to work on, allowing you to deliver meaningful real-world projects in a safe and collaborative space.
We recognise that people join us with different degrees and backgrounds, so we shape the Academy around the individuals in each cohort, aiming to balance the strengths you all bring. As your confidence grows, you’ll be given more freedom to explore ideas and make technical decisions, before moving onto live client projects.
You’ll also spend time shadowing our Senior Consultants to understand the technical intricacies of specific projects and technologies, helping you rapidly develop specialist knowledge and skills.
