Bonus scheme

Everyone shares in the company’s success. An annual bonus is awarded when we meet our performance targets, which we’ve achieved every year to-date.

Pension

Receive an 8% company contribution to your pension, with the opportunity to adjust employee contributions whenever desired.

Time off

Enjoy 25 days’ holiday, rising annually after 2 years up to 30 days. There’s also the option to purchase an additional 5 days.

Flexible working hours

We understand that the best work doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5. We can offer flexible hours to suit your needs, with part-time options also considered for certain roles.
